Spf are in the news very often. Very important every day, not just on hot, sunny days..... so many people lobster red and burnt themselves last week. Very concerning. Its #CancerAwarenessMonth .... remember SPF everyday. Im looking at Daily Defence spf for my face as next purchase.... protection is Not just about your face/ skin and premature aging but for our overall health and life. Check your face/body for freckles/moles that have grown in size/shape/colour [ the ABC Test, area, borders, colour] , take photos for recall. Please contact your GP or nurse practitioner for a mole check if you have any concerns. Stay safe ✨️

I wash my face and put my favourite crean. During the day I put face masks and face oil. At night I put face oil or nught cream. Simple as that...

Great routine for dehydrated skin, which also has anti ageing benefits, offering protection from free radicals while deeply hydrating and moisturising skin. And, if course, rounded off with SPF 50+ for protection from UV damage.
