C E Ferulic Serum: genius formula

I think I’ve found my favourite Vitamin C serum, and I know it’s much more than that. What I enjoy most is its unique texture: it leaves a lovely glow on my skin while feeling hydrating and lightweight. Even with my moisturiser, SPF, and makeup applied afterward, I can see how it delivers a more even skin tone and a brighter, smoother complexion.

Hyperpigmentation

I would love to know products that people are using for hyperpigmentation? Over the years these have reduced but I’d love to target some areas such as my under eyes and some off dark marks on my face. I am south- asian so I have a medium brown skin tone. Please share some of your products that have helped hyperpigmentation :)

P-TIOX does turn back time

I've used P-TIOX daily for over a month now and I'll be honest: I noticed some results in the first week, but they weren’t as dramatic as after a month. Consistency is key and the longer you use it, the more evident the results can be. Now my fronthead looks like it did 5 years ago, and even applying my makeup is much easier because my skin texture is more even and plump. Initially, I had reservations about the sticky texture, but once the product absorbs with a few taps on the skin, there’s no stickiness left and no residue pilling. The texture is lightweight, doesn't suffocate the skin, nor clog pores, and allows easy layering of other products, like SPF and makeup. At night, I don’t feel the need to use anything else after applying it. B/A close-ups attached - no filters, no makeup on.

Hi @Enigma , no worries. I totally agree with you, and I’m often in doubt myself. Introducing a new product is always a bit of a challenge. I’ve found that asking Kasey and the Skin experts for advice and info really helps (if this helps, they also offer a 1:1 consultation, at this link https://www.skinceuticals.co.uk/en_GB/teleconsultation.html). And sorry for the confusion, you're absolutely right: moisturisers and serums (like P-TIOX) should be normally applied after vitamin C and before SPF. I should have mentioned that my skin is quite sensitive, so I feel more comfortable creating a little barrier before applying vitamin C, even if it slightly reduces its effectiveness. My skin seems to like this approach, though it's not standard and might not work for everyone. As for Intensifier HA and P-TIOX, instead of skipping a day with P-TIOX, especially in the first weeks, you could try alternating it in the mornings. I really noticed the best results when using P-TIOX on clean skin overnight, so I’d recommend keeping it in the night routine. Also, don't forget that Intensifier HA both hydrates and protects, and the concentrated formula makes skin hydrated for up to 48 hours: I feel a daily routine could be the best place to enjoy the plump effect throughout the day.
