Hormonal skin help

I wanted to ask some experts in the field what to do with hormonal skin, do you need to change skincare routine throughout the month to avoid this?

Hi @Tamy, One of the best things to change when experiencing any hormonal changes to the skin is your cleanser. Adapting your cleanser when your skin corncers temporarily change is a great way to address any issues without having to change your whole skincare routine. For example I will use Simply clean cleanser as my everyday cleanser but when I am going though a hormonal breakout I switch my cleanser to Blemish+Age cleanser💫

Hi @Jinal Patel I hope you are well 💫 I would recommend a vitamin c serum based on your concerns I would choose Silymarin CF, then I would apply discolouration defence, a moisturiser and then an SPF. I would then apply retinol in the evenings, I hope this helps 💫

Hi @Michelle346 I hope you are well 💫 it looks like a sunspot, to help lighten it I would advise using an antioxidant like one of our vitamin c serums, and a corrective serum like discolouration defence as well as SPF 50 daily. In the evenings you could use retinol, I hope this helps 💫💫💫

Ageing Cheeks
