I always start my routine with cleanser, following with eye cream and moisturiser that hydrate my skin. I am over 40 so good skin routine is a key to keep my skin younger for longer and these products are just perfect for that.
Getting my face clean before bed is not something I’ve always done (to my shame!) However, now I often can’t wait to go through my steps because I see the difference.
1. Cleanser
2. I use a gentle toner to make sure the rest of my makeup and sunscreen is off.
3. Serum - I use the Hydrating B5 serum which is soooo good - it’s like a much needed drink of cold water for my skin.
4. Moisturiser - I like the thicker consistency of AGE Interruptor at night.
I try to do this around half an hour before going to bed to let the products bed into my skin.
5. Retinol - I alternate between a gentler retinoid and a serum from my dermatologist that has Tretinoin in it. I apply this in the dark just as I’m getting into bed.
And that is my night time routine!
