Hi, is there any guide on how to add retinol to your skincare routine , I am 37 turning 38 next month so thinking to start using retinol but don’t want to start it with half baked knowledge .

Hello @Shruti Gupta I would start by using it every other night, and gradually add in an extra night at a time, if you become too dry, reduce the amount of nights. Always wear an SPF 50 In the day and hydration is key 💫💫(edited)
