Keloid scars

Does anybody have any recommendations for reducing the look/size of keloid scarring?

I have two keloid scars. My dermatologist advised steroid injections - if I recall correctly 3-4 injections in total to flatten them out / reduce their size. I don’t think there’s a product that can reduce the size / look of them as they will continue to increase in size. Please do let me know if you find one. I haven’t treated mine as they aren’t bothering me much / not too itchy but considering to do so in future.
