My skin isn’t flaky or dry to touch but feels dehydrated as products absorb very quickly and there is never an oily residue. Would this count as dry skin? I think some of it is due to menopause

Your skin dehydrate and can’t hold on moisture try a little rich cream after hydrating serum and hopefully will help.❤️
