Looking for lasting hydration. My skin literally flakes and stretches leaving dry marks, especially in the winter, no matter how much I exfoliate and hydrate!

Sometimes exfoliating can actually cause it to dry the skin out more, how many times a week are you exfoliating? And how, do you use a peel,scrub ect? Xx
