I suffer with very dry hands and cuticles lately. Main reason I think could be changes of the weather. Different creams are regularly used, but it doesn't really help. Skin cracks are the most painful.

Heya Kate, have you tried emollient based creams? Though I've never had skin cracks I find emollients are more gentle and hydrating than standard creams personally. Also maybe try rubbing on vaseline/petroleum jelly all over your hands then popping on some thin gloves over the top before bed. Your skin should feel a little calmer and softer come the morning. I hope you find a solution that works soon x
