Make sure I drink 8 glasses of filtered water daily to finish out toxins and keep skin hydrated.
Eat a balanced diet with fruit and vegetables as you are what you eat and your skin reflects that
Apply SPF 30 in winter and SPF 50 to my face in summer and wear a large sun hat and sunglasses to protect my skin from harmful rays prevent hyperpigmentation as I’m perimenopausal
Use a vitamin c serum to brighten and illuminate my skin. Use a hyaluronic acid moisturiser to replenish moisture and plump my skin.
Exfoliate twice a week to remove dead skin cells encouraging skin turnover. Use a hyaluronic acid sheet mask weekly to hydrate my skin.
I avoid retinols as they are too harsh and actually can interfere with the skin barrier causing dryness
