My tips for a bright, luminous skins, have to start with SLEEP! I think it is the essential element in our lives that makes everything function, work and look amazing. So, if you want a bright and amazing looking skin, start with a good sleep, every night! Second, I would say it is cleansing! A clean skin is a healthy skin! But, do not forget (and this is another tip) find the RIGHT products for your skin. I know everyone is obsessed with different actives, but some of them, or some formulations are not working for everybody. So, speak to an expert, do not be ashamed to asked your questions about your skin and find the right skincare regime for YOU!Hydration, hydration, hydration! Another tip to keep your skin bright and happy! Put down the drinks glasses and raise the water one, your skin (and every part of your body, actually) will thank you.And last, but not least, wear your SPF E-VE-RY DAY!
