My overall tips for bright and luminous skin: 1. Sleep- I get at least 8/9 hours of sleep per night, those nights I don't it really shows in my skin and complexion. My skin looks dull and my eyes get darker underneath, lines more apparent. 2. Water- I'm trying to better my intake of water, this hydration really helps in skincare too as the need for extra essences and Hyaluronic Acid is less so. 3. Getting outside- my daily walks and target of 10,000 steps helps my mental wellbeing and most importantly I always wear my SPF50 not only inside but outside too. I have some personal favourites one being the A.G.E Interrupter Advanced Cream.
