my main three top tips would be
- daily mediation (calm app 7 minute daily Jay mediation is great way to start the day!) less stress is key! 🙏
- a good nights sleep 😴
- regular hydration (with electrolytes) 💧
These plus a good skincare regime (currently loving the discolouration defence serum!) has done wonders to start to brighten my dull post acne marked skin. loving my recent addition of the AOX eye gel, starting to see a change in my dark circles.
