First and foremost is daily SPF protection. Sunscreen is the most important step of any skincare routine, followed by exfoliation and definitely, most importantly hydration. I carry a hydrating
stick in my bag and I spray both my face and hands every few hours – face and hands are always thirsty for hydration.
Those sticks are readily available in any pharmacist and they come in different sizes – I use the size which can be put inside one’s purse. Also important are laminating creams which
give a brightening like effect for any skin tone. I also cannot stress enough the importance of cleaning – morning and night and if you can mid-day. I have seen people ageing badly and one reason
was that they never cleanse at night to take all their makeup off and all the day’s possible residues on the face.
This truly is the worst – NEVER EVER GO TO BED AT NIGHT WITH YOUR MAKEUP ON. I try to apply clay face masks every
two to three weeks and obviously a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle are key factors too.
Happy youth to all
