Step 1 Create a simple skincare routine that you can follow dailt one based on what YOUR skin needs. Step 3 Your skincare MUST include a gentle cleaner hydrating serum or cream and then SPF in the morning. Step 3 When you need help deciding how tackle common skincare concerns like anti ageing, acne, hyperpigmentation then try a dermatologist. I like to add a little Vitamin C to help my skin look refreshed. Step 4 Remember you are what you eat! I've started reducing sugar, drinking more water and adding more fruit and veggies. A simple routine, afvice, and eating well all helps you to feel good about your skin!

I cleanse in the evening (double if really gritty) and use a night serum and/ or face cream. In the morning unless really sweaty I try not wash my face, I don’t want to lose all the lovely skin oils. I’ll use a vitamin C serum to protect and brighten and then top off with a cream with SPF - I use SPF all year round!

Glowing skin comes from good habits, internally and externally, although genetics will always play a part. My tips are; * Know your skin type (remember it can change and so products must be adapted) and Cleanse, Tone & Moisturise. * Maintain your routine, don’t expect overnight miracles. * Nutrition and quality of sleep are important.  * Try Retinol and if it’s too strong try an alternative like the Retexturing Activator.  * * * Shouting here…..S.P.F. !
