Step 3 Your skincare MUST include a gentle cleaner hydrating serum or cream and then SPF in the morning.
Step 3 When you need help deciding how tackle common skincare concerns like anti ageing, acne, hyperpigmentation then try a dermatologist. I like to add a little Vitamin C to help my skin look refreshed.
Step 4 Remember you are what you eat! I've started reducing sugar, drinking more water and adding more fruit and veggies. A simple routine, afvice, and eating well all helps you to feel good about your skin!
