Working in a hospital and seeing a lot of patients with skin cancer on their faces and around their eyes has definitely made me realise the damage the UV rays do to the skin and the importance of wearing sunscreen every day no matter the weather.

Spf is so much important I upgrade from 30 to 50 this summer for more protection and reapply every three hours. I used spf all year long. It's my must have product.

I would say to wear sunscreen not only summer time but all year along with proper skincare product in order to protect from dangerous sunlight and same time hydrate the skin surface,

Sunscreen everyday and most importantly reapply every 2 hours and take care of your health from the inside with probiotics and vitamins 🥰
