Theres no point using all the top products, waking up with clear, smooth gorgeous skin then going out in the sun without your spf!!!! It will undo all your hard work and actually damage your skin more. SPF is king, I always wear spf50 in the Summer, applying to my neck and back of the hands too, you dont want to end up with age spots 😱
