My top tips for glowing skin 1. Cleanse your face daily. Double cleanse at night to remove all make up. 2. Exfoliate a few times a week to remove dead skin cells and speed up skin renewal 3. Drink 2l of filtered water daily to hydrate from within. 4. Eat a balanced diet with fruit and veg, lean protein and complex carbs. 5. Use a serum that contains vitamin c for added glow 6. Apply spf 50 daily to prevent skin from getting sun burnt. 7. Use the appropriate moisturiser and moisturiser every morning and every night to make sure you nourish and repair your skin barrier. 6.
