Glowing skin - oh isn’t it a goal for all of us? Glowing skin looks healthy and beautiful. What are my tips for glowing skin?
Let’s start with a quite important thing - exfoliation! There is no glow if you do not properly remove old and dead skin cells (PS. It is a normal cell cycle, we just need to take care of removing them to keep our face clean and give the new cells opportunity to glow :) ). On top of that a double cleanser of course - twice a day!
Hydration - I heard once that the water is a best skincare product, so true! Make sure you have at least 5 glasses of water per day (a tip: I add a pinch of salt to mine for extra electrolytes).
Daily SPF - without it, cleansers, serums and moisturisers will simply be not effective…
And now ingredients: vitamin C for brightening effect is a must and H.A. for extra hydration!
And two basic things that we may forget how crucial they are : good sleep and healthy diet.
