My top tips for glowing skin are:
- Drink at least 3ltrs of water everyday!
- Healthy diet = Healthy skin
- Use a suitable cleanser for your skin type
- Layer with a Vitamin C serum - CE Ferulic is my favourite
- Lock it all in with a good moisturiser!
- A high SPF is a must!
- A good nights sleep.
- Exfoliate 1/2 a week depending on your skin :)
