I also suffer from rosacea however this tips help to reduce some of the redness, avoiding very hot showers, keep my skin away from the sun even if I’m wearing sunscreen, avoiding very strong exfoliating products, keeping my skincare routine simple, I still use retinol but in very small percentage and after my moisturizer.
