So this one is a must in some people’s routines and some like to go without, I’m talking about toners of course!
But what is a toner?
A toner helps to remove any last traces of makeup, skincare, dirt and impurities after cleansing. This is a great way to ensure that the skin is completely clean as any residue left can be seen when using a toner with a cotton pad.
Depending on the toner, it can contain ingredients to target certain skin issues like congestion or dryness. It can also ensure the skins natural PH is restored as some harsh cleansers can disrupt it.
