✨️ I always double cleanse my skin in the evenings and would never go to bed with make-up on, even when very exhausted ✨️ After that I apply a serum with hyaluronic acid (SkinCeuticals Hydrating B5 Serum) and then cream with retinol). Don't forget to apply them to your neck and décolletage as well. I also use an eye cream ✨️ In the mornings, after washing my face, I apply a serum with Vitamin C (Silymarine CF Vitamin C serum), then a moisturiser and then SPF. I use SPF every day, all year round ✨️ I exfoliate my skin twice a week with a gentle facial scrub ✨️ I like treating my skin to some masks twice a week. ✨️ I use gua sha to massage my face and improve blood circulation ✨️ I don't smoke and try to eat healthy food ✨️ I try to get enough sleep. It's essential for our health and beauty

My skincare tips are: 1. Always, always use SPF, in sunny, cloudy and rainy days; winter, spring, summer and autumn. UVA/UVB rays are always there. Opt for a high factor (50).2. Double cleanse if you’ve been wearing makeup.3. Drink plenty of mineral water.4. Sleep is also very important for skin health. Aim to 7-8 hours of sleep.5. Use a good serum in the morning to fight free radicals and pollution (like C E Ferulic), to keep your skin as youthful as possible.6. If your skin is blemish-prone, don’t pick or pop your pimples.

[Maintaining] Healthy skin tips 1. Apply sunscreen daily - the higher SPF the better, but aim for a minimum of 30 SPF. Apply sunscreen on your lips also. 2. Keep your hands off your face - germs, oil and dirt can easily be transferred from hand to face. 3. Avoid tanning beds (opt in for self-tanners instead if tanned skin is important) 4. Check your skin regularly and familiarise yourself with types of spots that might look suspicious.

Healthy skin tips [Lifestyle] 1. Maintain healthy diet - ensure your diet contains a lot of bright colour fruits and vegetables (such as tomatoes, red bell peppers, oranges, berries).  Other foods such as dark chocolate, green tea, oily fish, nuts are great for skin.  2. Drink plenty of water - aim for 8 glasses of water per day. 3. Exercise - boosts blood circulation  4. Avoid smoking  5. Limit sun exposure.  6. Have a good sleep - try silk pillowcases for smoother skin, they’re also more breathable than satin.
