Hi everyone! Here is my entry for the Cell Cycle Catalyst Competition. My tips for the skin health? Love your skin as much as you love everything that is important in your life! You will spend all your life in your skin, its your most intimate house clothing. You should take care of it as if it was your most precious treasure. Hydrate your skin! Drink plenty of water, eat juicy fruits and vegetables, make smoothies and freshly squeezed juices! Eat everything that is colourful and fresh and has good vitamins and minerals, that's important for your skin! Don't forget about nuts, seeds, avocados - they have omega 3 acids that help to build up the skin cells. Enjoy sun as it gives you magnificent vitamin D!.. BUT never forget about SPF in order to protect your skin from UVAs and UVBs. Make sure you have great skincare regime filled with powerful ingredients, make it as a routine and try not to forget about it every morning and night :) And most important: Keep on smiling! laugh, love, live your life to the fullest! Healthy mind is healthy body and healthy skin :)

My top tips for skin health are to cleanse properly every day, use SPF every single day (without fail!!), and use your vitamin C serum in the AM to fight off free radicals. And moisturise daily, even if you have oily skin like me.

I choose skincare products that are gentle and non-irritating to avoid damaging my skin barrier. I stay active with regular exercise to promote healthy circulation and a radiant complexion. If I have specific skin concerns, I consult a dermatologist for personalized skincare recommendations.

My skin is dry and dehydrayed. I got some hyperpigmntn as well. Hope this vitamin c serum would work for me.For me my top skincare is double cleansing and spf.dont go to bed with makeup on never. And if u r using actives plz always apply spf when u go out. Stay hydrated and mosturise your skin. Spf and vitamin c best duo....
