For me I love to start the day after a good nights sleep with a great run to sweat out the impurities in my skin. I then follow my with usual cleanse, serums, moisturise and SPF, before tucking to a hearty breakfast. Only think I really need to improve is drink less coffee, and up my water intake.

Entry #2 I love using a face steamer during the weekend, when I'm home and have more time for myself. It works wonders for my skin and it's somehow relaxing too. It opens up my pores, making it easier to get rid of dirt, oil, and impurities for a really deep cleanse. Plus, the warmth from the steam enhances my blood circulation and it gives my skin a healthy glow. It also makes my skincare products work better because they can penetrate my skin more effectively once the pores are open. After steaming and cleansing, I always apply a mask and I'm in love with SkinCeuticals Hydrating B5 Masque and the freshness and the hydration it delivers to my skin: it's a gem in my skincare.

Entry #1 A balanced diet and good sleep quality are the start point for me as our habits affect our health and our skin always reveals our good or poor choices.Drink a lot of water and use a moisturizer that's right for your skin type to keep your skin hydrated and plumped.Be consistent in your skincare routines: double-cleanse, moisturize, exfoliate regularly. Skincare doesn't need to be overcomplicated nor overwhelmed in different products, but don't even underestimate the importance of face toners and serums in addition to face and eye creams. It's important to find the right products for your skin type and needs, and introduce new ones gradually to let your skin adapt to changes without reacting.

Cleanser, moisturise and serum/oil, keep it simple. Try not to wear makeup because that worked for me in not getting spots anymore or not getting as many spots.

Skin health tips; a good routine doesn't have to be lengthy - cleanse well (double cleanser if wearing spf or heavier make up), I alternate AHA / BHA acids - I'm prone to the odd spot, good vitamin C, moisturise, spf during the day &,if possible, retinol at night. Doesn't take many minutes to do. Health & happiness has such visual impact on my skin too. I do what I can but live my life too.

My top tips for skin health are Know your skin type. It’s important to use products that are right for your skin rather than following a friends advice. Do not use the same skin care products forever. Monitor your skin. Throughout your life your skin condition changes. It could go from oily and acne prone in your teens to dehydrated combination in your 30s so always use products aimed at your skin for that particular time period. Be regimental and disciplined in your skincare regime both morning and night. Good skin requires some hard work. Always use a high spf no matter the season or weather as uk as a high uv count. Stay out of the sun between 11 am to 3 pm as this is when uv rays are strongest. Always wear a large sun hat and sunglasses to protect your eyes and face. This really helps to prevent dreaded crows feet and sun damage and premature ageing. Change your skincare products depending on the season. In winter you would want a slightly richer cream to protect your skin barrier with lipids and ceramides. In summer. Months a lighter gel formulation. A balanced diet is important . Eat a variety of fruit and vegetables. Complex carbs and good quality protein. Limit fatty sugary foods as they break down collagen. Laugh a lot. Smile a lot. Think positive thoughts. You are the master of your own Happiness. Do things that make you happy. Self care is very important. Take that holiday. Have that spa break. Mani. Massage. Whatever takes your fancy. It really shows on your face. Drink loads of water as hydration is key to good skin. Sleep 8 hours a night. You Can’t put a price on a good nights sleep. Listen to your skin. Change your products accordingly. Thsnk you for this opportunity. Would love to try the cell cycle catalyst. I hope you enjoy these tips.
