My top tips I follow: Maintaining healthy skin involves a combination of good habits, effective skincare routines, and a healthy lifestyle. Keeping calm and stress free:High stress levels can affect skin negatively. Practice stress-relief techniques such as yoga, meditation, or hobbies you enjoy like shopping,tv, gardening. Double cleansing to remove all impurities and excess oil, makeup ,so that skin breaths well, Most important Sun Protection: Apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily, even on cloudy days and during winter. Reapply every two hours when exposed to direct sunlight. Wear protective clothing, hats, and sunglasses. Balanced Diet and hydration: Eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Foods high in antioxidants, such as berries, nuts, and leafy greens, can help protect your skin.Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out. Aim for at least 8 glasses a day. Regular Exercise and enough sleep: Physical activity increases blood flow, helping nourish skin cells and keep them vital. It also helps manage stress.Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night to allow your skin to repair and rejuvenate

We have all written about the importance of skin cleansing, daily SPF application, moisturising, maintaining a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, and keeping fit.I want to add another tip for achieving and maintaining healthy, radiant skin: sticking to a consistent skincare routine. Regular routines help maintain your skin’s balance and prevent issues like dryness, oiliness, and breakouts. Ingredients like retinoids, vitamin C, and AHAs/BHAs need regular application to show visible results. Keep in mind that the skin renewal cycle usually takes about 28 days in young, healthy skin, but this process slows down with age and can extend to as long as 60 days. So, if you want to see the desired results from your new skincare product, it's important to use it consistently and be patient ⏳️

Tips that I live by to try and make my skin better : 1. Hydrate - both inside and out . Drink as much water as you can but also use a serum that hydrates your skin like ha intensifier . 2. Cut down on the sugar - honestly makes such a difference to your skin - I see the difference after a couple of days !!! 3. Up the antioxidants in the form of more fresh fruit and veg and try and incorporate a few nuts into your diet . 4. Use a led mask - expensive but worth the investment. They are proven to boost collagen production and you only need to use for 10 mins a day . I genuinely love mine . 5. A great skincare routine including good cleanser, vitamin c ( highly recommend c e ferulic) spf , and a retinol. Also a good acid like cell catalyst.

We all know that stress can cause breakouts, a dull complexion, various skin conditions, premature aging, grey hairs, hair fall, etc. Indeed, stress can manifest in numerous ways, impacting both our skin and hair. When we're stressed, our body releases cortisol, which can lead to increased oil production in the skin, resulting in breakouts and dullness. Additionally, stress can exacerbate conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. Premature aging can also be accelerated by chronic stress, as it can lead to collagen breakdown and the formation of wrinkles. So, my advice is simple: Stay positive!🌞💐 Cultivating positive thoughts can have a significant impact on both mental and physical health. When you maintain a positive mindset, it can reduce stress levels, boost the immune system, improve cardiovascular health, improve your skin and even increase longevity. Positive thinking can also lead to healthier lifestyle choices, such as exercising regularly, eating nutritious foods, and getting enough sleep. It will also contribute to a healthier body and a happier, more fulfilling life.
