Avoid harsh soaps and hot water, which can strip your skin of natural oils. 🔸️Apply a good quality moisturizer suitable for your skin type after cleansing to keep your skin hydrated. 🔸️Balanced Diet, rich in fruits, vegetables, proteins, and healthy fats. 🔸️Sun Protection is a MUST! Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30, (50+recommend) even on cloudy days. 🔸️Beauty sleep is the key! It is very important to know your skin type and skin problems. According to that can choose products which helps to reduce skin problems and make skin healthy looking 🙌🏻 Follow proper skincare routine twice daily in the morning and before go tobed. Eat healthy and drink plenty. Do exercises whichever you like just to feel fresh and active. For healthy looking skin we need to be healthy from inside 1st🫶🏻 Hope it helps 💙💙

My top tip is drinking water for hydration and never forget skincare routine which is very important for me. Never ever sleep with on makeup it's bad for skin. I use spf even there is cloudy weather. Never used different or every product on your skin it's very bad for skin.
