Tips that I live by to try and make my skin better :
1. Hydrate - both inside and out . Drink as much water as you can but also use a serum that hydrates your skin like ha intensifier .
2. Cut down on the sugar - honestly makes such a difference to your skin - I see the difference after a couple of days !!!
3. Up the antioxidants in the form of more fresh fruit and veg and try and incorporate a few nuts into your diet .
4. Use a led mask - expensive but worth the investment. They are proven to boost collagen production and you only need to use for 10 mins a day . I genuinely love mine .
5. A great skincare routine including good cleanser, vitamin c ( highly recommend c e ferulic) spf , and a retinol. Also a good acid like cell catalyst.
