Skin Health Top Tips I have a few which seem to work for me. Everyone is different so what suits me is not always suited for others. ❤️ I have learnt over the years that if you find a product specific for a skin care concern which works, stick to it if you are seeing results. ❤️ Try to get at LEAST 8 hours of good sleep every night. ❤️ Always remove your makeup at night ❤️ Start using SPF50 from a young age, I didn't as my parents were not educated in this area, but I am applying these tips for my daughter who is 9 years old. ❤️ Drinking more water everyday which I'm definitely getting better at, it's not a litre but enough to keep me hydrated and my skin. My tips which work for me 🫶
