My top tips for skin health..
•Always SPF no matter the weather. Every day and top up. I love the brightening spf.
(Limit sun exposure) Never use sun beds or smoke
•plenty of water
•double cleanse am & pm and prevent & protect products
•at least 8 hours of sleep and exercise where you can to help with any stress
•use an exfoliant somewhere in your routine. I like glycolic cleanse & overnight to help new turnover
•eat as healthy as you can, certain foods like strawberries, blueberries, broccoli & watermelon 🍉 are great for skin
•use an antioxidant to suit your skin (I love Ce Ferulic & Phloretin Cf)
•if using make up regularly clean brushes
•moisturise
•be gentle with your skin
