My top tips for skin health: 1. Do not mix active ingredients. 2. Always use spf. 3. Hydrate your skin and use skin barrier repair productsx 4. Eat healthy - fibre, fruits, vegetables, lots of liquid during the day. 5. Sometimes it’s good to do skin cycling - day 1. active ingredients, day 2. exfoliating, day 3. hydration and skin barrier repair etc. 6. Double cleansing.
