My tips for healthy skin (sensitive/redness prone skin) 1. Cleanse, stockpile your favourite cleanser. 2. Never sleep with make up on 3. Vitamin C AM is your friend 4. Find a good non irritating moisturiser. 5. Central heating in winter will dry your skin and it'll be red and irritated. Prepare mentally. 5. A good SPF. Apply it for a minimum of 3 fingers worth of product for every application. Every 2h. 6. Retinol PM 7. Azealic acid is a must for redness. 8. Drink water, try to sleep well, consume moderate amount of alcohol. Get good supplements. 9. Use an eye cream with an active ingredient. 10. Don't stress too much about your skin. Everyone ages, everyone has issues. Others just hide it better.
