1. Always, always use SPF, in sunny, cloudy and rainy days; winter, spring, summer and autumn. UVA/UVB rays are always there. Opt for a high factor (50).2. Double cleanse if you’ve been wearing makeup.3. Drink plenty of mineral water.4. Sleep is also very important for skin health. Aim to 7-8 hours of sleep.5. Use a good serum in the morning to fight free radicals and pollution (like C E Ferulic), to keep your skin as youthful as possible.6. If your skin is blemish-prone, don’t pick or pop your pimples.
