My number 1 tip is Sleep. Yes, 8 hours of sleep every night! During sleep, the blood flow increases and the skin rebuilds its collagen, it is repairing the UV damage, reducing wrinkles and age spots. So sleep is quintessential for the health and beauty of the skin! Secondly, I nominate the hydration. Drinking enough water keeps every cell-including the skin cells-properly hydrated, also it helps flushing out toxins from our body.  And third, I need to say that wearing SPF is equally important for our general health as for our skin.
