[Maintaining] Healthy skin tips
1. Apply sunscreen daily - the higher SPF the better, but aim for a minimum of 30 SPF. Apply sunscreen on your lips also.
2. Keep your hands off your face - germs, oil and dirt can easily be transferred from hand to face.
3. Avoid tanning beds (opt in for self-tanners instead if tanned skin is important)
4. Check your skin regularly and familiarise yourself with types of spots that might look suspicious.
