Take your skincare down to your neck and décolletage! Many people forget about this area and stop at the face but it’s important to come all the way down as your neck and décolleté area ages faster!  Switching to a silk pillowcase can help prevent creases and wrinkles on your face while you sleep. Silk is gentle on the skin and reduces friction, minimizing the risk of sleep lines and hair breakage. If you’re sensitive to retinol then try the sandwich method by applying your moisturiser first then retinol and then seal with moisturiser again. This helps the retinol sink slowly into the skin and is more gentle compared to applying retinol first. Practicing mindfulness while doing your skincare routine by focusing on the sensations and movements involved can help reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance the overall experience of caring for your skin.  Always remember consistency is key! You need to use your products consistently for 3 months before you start to see results. Research suggests it takes 21-66 days to turn something into a habit so don’t give up!
