I have 3 rules in regards to my skincare, that I follow for many many years.
1. Use SPF ☀️ everyday all year round;
2. Wash🚿 your face every evening, even if you are super tired;
3. Drink 🚰 at least 2L of water every day.
I really believe that without these 3 simple rules help our skin & body to look better & healthier.
