Skinceuticals HA intensifier multi glycan

Hi! I have a question about the Skinceuticals HA intensifier multi glycan- essentially I have been using this for the last couple of months and I usually apply on wet/damp skin as the first step of my skincare routine in the morning. A few times I have applied to completely dry skin accidentally but actually noticed my skin looking a lot plumper and hydrated when applying it to dry skin rather than damp. I just wanted to ask is it okay to apply this product to dry skin or shall I continue to apply to damp skin? Also can I use this product as a standalone serum or should I still continue sealing it in with a moisturiser. Thank you! 💙💙
